Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Honors Project Teams

Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, attended the honouring ceremony for the teams that organised the Legal and Functional Capacity Development Project for employees of the punitive and correctional institutions, in the presence of Brigadier Dr. Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi, Director General of Police Judiciary, and a number of senior officers and officials, in recognition of their outstanding efforts in implementing a distinctive project that reflects the Ministry's approach to the optimal investment in human capital, capacity development, and enhancing institutional performance efficiency.

In his remarks during the ceremony, Brigadier Dr. Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi affirmed that the project represents one of the strategic initiatives supporting institutional work, and reflects the Ministry of Interior's approach to empowering and qualifying national cadres, considering them the essential pillar for achieving institutional excellence, enhancing performance quality, and supporting the sustainable development journey.

He noted that the Ministry places human capital development at the forefront of its strategic priorities, stemming from its belief that institutional leadership is built on cadres who possess legal and functional knowledge, keep pace with change, and carry out their duties with efficiency and professionalism in accordance with best professional practices.
