Sharjah Ruler Issues Amiri Decree on Judge Appointments
His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree concerning the appointment of judges in the Emirate of Sharjah.
According to the Decree, the appointments comprised 6 Court of Cassation judges, 19 Senior Appeal judges, one Advocate General, and 5 Assistant Chief Prosecutors.
